I live in Parkersburg West Virginia and the nickname for our town is ""Mid Ohio Valley Crude"" I was diagnosed with COPD almost 5 1/2 years ago and have been on meds including oxygen ever since.  The pollution in our area is horrible. Anyone you talk to will tell you the same thing.  The chemical plants around here have done some things, but it will never be right.  More needs to be done.  Thank you for your time.
