They had a fire in the yard for over 2 years that burnt for over 24 hours a day. I seen treated wood being dumped onto the fire by her Father, painted wood, roofing and siding shingles, big roll of carpeting.

After many calls to the state of WV EPA in over a 2 year period, who could not find the road that they lived on or the road that I lived on, several calls the the county health dept who did nothing, but he did come out and rode around in his car for about one hour one day. To the local fire dept who has never came out to check the burning, because I didn't go to fire school and got my nose trained like he did, (the fire cheif call me and told me that I didn't know what I was talking about).

I called the solid waste for the county. Mr Parsons came out that day and stopped the burning in the yard, and he called the state od WV EPA, who then found that road and did some testing of the ground.

I was told later by one of the agents of the EPA that many illeagal items was found in and on the ground but would not get me a copy of the report.

In a few days the burning started again. Only now the smell is much stronger and the smoke is timed released. There is some burning in the daytime at times, and some at night.

If it is a nice pretty evening the burning starts about 6pm, with garbage and going to plastics about dark on a 4 hour cycle, every 20 minutes.

I belive that there is a incinerator in the house or under the house that holds the smoke for a while and releases a large amount in a short period of time. This part of it has been going on for at least 5 years.

Many more calls to the state EPA and they tell me that I am the only one to complain. Some of the neighbors tells me that they had reported it also.

After many trips to 3 hospitals in the area, one of which said that I have had 2 major heart attacks, which I don't think so, (burning of plastics can mimic a heart attack)and losing 55 to 60% of my breating cap. high blood pressure, and a hugh weight gain (over 140 pounds) because of the meds. to keep me alive.

I have been going to the Cleveland Clinic for over 6 months now only to find out that the bones denisity is very low, and that might be due to the smoke also.

I will be returning to the Cleveland area in another week if I am still able to drive at that time for more treatments at the Clinic.

This burning has not only costed me my health, but a lot of medical and meds bills also. Well over $40,000 out of my pocket plus a hugh unknown amount paid by medicare.

A friend told me during the winter that her Father who was a coal mine inspector (state or federal unknown) had retired and that his office was in the same building as the local EPA.

Where does all of the plastic, glue and cardboard came from, he, the propery owner is a plumber and part owner of the plumbing and heating company, and there is a lot of waste at times in the plumbing business.

I came home last week to spent some time with my sick mother who turned 86 last week.

And I will turn 64 next week.                                        

I tried to get the EPA to do a air pollution test here, they refuse, I even offer to pay for the whole test myself, they still refused.

Thanks to these wonderful people and the State of WV EPA, I am now on oxygen 24 hours a day

PS The state police refused to get into because this is located inside of a town.
